Ironwood Golf Course Welcomes our New Golf Professional!
Lake Blackshear Plantation and Ironwood Golf Course are pleased to announce that James Greer from Sante Fe, New Mexico, has joined them as the new Golf Professional. James brings with him over 20 years of golf experience with numerous accomplishments!
James began playing golf at an early age and began his professional career as early as high school while caddying at Cypress Point at Pebble Beach, California. James was the Teaching Pro in New Mexico and Arizona for 12 years and the Golf Professional at Sedona Golf Resort for 9 years where he held the course record of a 65! James was a Club Fitter in Scottsdale, Arizona for 3 years and was in charge of the Junior Golf Program for 9 years and the Ladies Clinic for 3 years.
James has accomplished much during his professional career including caddying on the LPGA for Cindy Rarick and winning a Hole in One Tournament for $40,000!
Ironwood is very excited to have such an accomplished Golf Professional on board! James will be teaching private lessons in addition to various clinics.
